⚽ Registration & Fees
• All campers must be registered and fees paid in full before participation.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the camp is canceled by the organizers.
⚽ Health & Safety
• Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the camp starts.
• In case of an emergency, the camp staff will provide first aid and contact the emergency contact provided.
• Campers must follow all safety instructions given by coaches and staff.
⚽ Code of Conduct
• All participants must show respect to coaches, teammates, and staff.
• Bullying, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
• Campers must wear appropriate football attire, including shin guards and suitable footwear.
⚽ Liability & Insurance
• The camp organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
• While all safety precautions are taken, parents acknowledge that football is a physical activity and accept the risks involved.
• Parents/guardians agree that the camp is not liable for any injuries sustained during the camp.
⚽ Photography & Media
• Photos and videos may be taken during the camp for promotional purposes.
• If you do not want your child to appear in promotional materials, please inform the camp organizers.
⚽ Cancellations & Weather Policy
• The camp will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by organizers.
• If sessions are canceled due to extreme weather, parents will be notified as soon as possible.
• No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations, but efforts will be made to reschedule.
⚽ Parental Consent
• By registering, parents/guardians confirm they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
• Parents must ensure their child is dropped off and picked up on time.
